Refund policy

We want you to love your Vomai Red Light Shower Head Filter. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• The shower head must be in its original condition and packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
• Items that show damage, missing parts or signs of misuse after delivery cannot be returned.
• Replacement filter cartridges that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

How to start a return

1. Email us at VomaiSupport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
3. Ship the item back with a tracking number and keep your receipt for the shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at VomaiSupport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace it or refund you, and we will cover the return shipping.

Finish and color differences

Finishes (polished chrome, matte black and polished brass) can look slightly different on different screens. This alone is not a reason for a refund outside the 30-day return window above.
